Fitness Passport Terms of Use

Fitness Passport (FP) members are welcome at this facility with the following access privileges:

Access and Booking

  • Equivalent access to a paid All Access casual admission
  • Group fitness classes can be booked up to 4 days in advance via the YMCA SA App or Client Portal
  • FP members must be registered in Perfect Gym with an assigned Fitness Passport contract to book classes and access facilities

Check-In Requirements FP members must scan in using both systems at every visit:

  • Fitness Passport App (for FP reporting and payment)
  • YMCA SA App QR code (for accurate attendance reporting and marking present in booked classes)

Failure to complete both scan-ins may result in lost revenue for the site.

Youth Access The YMCA does not offer casual gym admission for youth under 16 years of age for safety reasons aligned to recommendations from AUSActive. FP members under 16 cannot use our gym facilities. As an alternative, the YMCA offers an Active Youth membership which provides gym access after a Youth Orientation.

Member Benefits FP members do not have access to member benefits including 24/7 access, fitness consultations and body scans, free child memberships, KidsClub, reciprocal rights, and Free Friends Friday. An FP member may purchase a YMCA membership at any time to receive these benefits.

Membership Support FP memberships are exclusively handled through Fitness Passport. If an FP member cannot show proof of a successful scan at the facility, no entry is permitted and the member must enquire with Fitness Passport. YMCA staff cannot assist with FP membership enquiries.
